The oldest pub in Brighton’s famous Lanes, the Bath Arms has a tale to tell that dates back to 1864 - and it’s a place that’s certainly stood the test of time.

Indeed, more than 150 years later, it’s still the best place for a beer in Brighton, with no fewer than five first-class ales on tap. There’s fabulous food here too, with plenty of locally sourced produce on the menu.

The pub has been restored to its former glory, and still wears its history and heritage with pride. Original wooden flooring, exposed brickwork and a traditional wood-panelled bar greet your arrival, while a real fire crackles away in winter to provide the warmest of welcomes.

And, when the weather is more favourable, there’s nothing better than sitting back in the sun and watching the hustle and bustle of the Lanes from our outdoor tables.

With friendly staff and a broad spectrum of clientele, this is a place where everyone can feel at home. Young professionals, shoppers and tourists make up an eclectic crowd.
